Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed
on Roads) (Amendment)
Notification 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) (Amendment) Notification 2016 and comes into operation on 21 February 2016.

Amendment of Part 1 of Second Schedule

2. Part 1 of the Second Schedule to the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) Notification (N 6) is amended by inserting, immediately below the item relating to “Arrival Crescent”, the following item:

“Ayer Rajah Expressway — that part of the slip road from exit 2A of Ayer Rajah Expressway, between lamp post No. 103F and lamp post No. 103S10, in the direction towards Keppel Road.”.
