Protection from Online Falsehoods and
Manipulation (Amendment) Regulations 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 62 of the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation Act 2019, the Minister for Communications and Information makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 31 January 2020.
Amendment of regulation 3
2.  Regulation 3 of the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation Regulations 2019 (G.N. No. S 662/2019) is amended by deleting the words “Twitter International Company” in paragraphs (1)(c) and (3)(c) and substituting in each case the words “Twitter, Inc.”.
Amendment of regulation 15
3.  Regulation 15 of the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation Regulations 2019 is amended by deleting the words “Twitter International Company” in paragraphs (1)(b)(iii) and (2)(c) and substituting in each case the words “Twitter, Inc.”.
