Regulation of Imports and Exports
(Prescribed Agreements) (Amendment)
Regulations 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Prescribed Agreements) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 21 November 2019.
Amendment of Part I of Schedule
2.  Part I of the Schedule to the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Prescribed Agreements) Regulations (Rg 7) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 3, the following item:
“4.  European Union‑Singapore Free Trade Agreement.”.
Amendment of Part II of Schedule
3.  Part II of the Schedule to the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Prescribed Agreements) Regulations is amended by inserting, immediately after item 3, the following item:
“4.  European Union‑Singapore Free Trade Agreement.”.
