Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry
and Departure, and Rates)
(Amendment) Notification 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  This Notification is the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure, and Rates) (Amendment) Notification 2018 and, except for paragraph 2(a), comes into operation on 7 November 2018.
(2)  Paragraph 2(a) comes into operation on 1 December 2018.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure, and Rates) Notification 2012 (G.N. No. S 627/2012) is amended —
(a)by deleting item 2 of Part I;
(b)by inserting, immediately after item 2 of Part I, the following item:
 
“2A.Seletar Airport, 21 Seletar Aerospace Road 1, Singapore 797405.
 
All hours.”; and
(c)by inserting, immediately after item 2 of Part II, the following item:
 
“3.Seletar Airport, Business Aviation Centre.
 
Passengers using the Business Aviation Centre.
 
All hours.”.
