(Immigration Depots)
(Amendment) Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “immigration depot” in section 2(1) of the Immigration Act, the Controller of Immigration makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Notification is the Immigration (Immigration Depots) (Amendment) Notification 2018 and, except for paragraph 2(a), comes into operation on 7 November 2018.

(2) Paragraph 2(a) comes into operation on 1 December 2018.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Immigration (Immigration Depots) (No. 2) Notification 2018 (G.N. No. S 430/2018) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item 12; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 12, the following item:

“12A.

Immigration Office,
Seletar Airport

21 Seletar Aerospace Road 1,
Singapore 797405.”.
