Air Navigation (Licensing of Air Services) (Amendment) Regulations 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Air Navigation Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Licensing of Air Services) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into operation on 15th December 2004.

Amendment of regulation 2M

2. Regulation 2M(1) of the Air Navigation (Licensing of Air Services) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (f) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:

“(f)

the licensee —

(i)	does not commence providing the air services that the licensee was licensed to provide on the date of commencement of the licence; or
(ii)	does not provide the air services that the licensee was licensed to provide for any continuous period of 6 months or more at any time after the date of commencement of the licence;”.
