(Amendment of Fourth Schedule)
Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 109 of the Environmental Public Health Act, the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Environmental Public Health Act (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) Notification 2020 and is deemed to have come into operation on 27 July 2020.

Amendment of Fourth Schedule

2. Item (4A) of the Fourth Schedule to the Environmental Public Health Act is amended by deleting the words “of the Environment and Water Resources” in paragraph (c) in the first column and substituting the words “of Sustainability and the Environment”.
