Stamp Duties (Amendment) Act
(Commencement) Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) of the Stamp Duties (Amendment) Act 2011, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Stamp Duties (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2011.
2.  The Stamp Duties (Amendment) Act 2011 shall, with the exception of sections 2 to 6, 7(a) and (b), 8, 12, 13 and 15, come into operation on 1st January 2012.
