Road Traffic Act
(Chapter 276)
Road Traffic (Regulation of Speed)
(Amendment) Rules 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 63 and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Regulation of Speed) (Amendment) Rules 1999 and shall come into operation on 1st March 1999.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Paragraph 1 of the Schedule to the Road Traffic (Regulation of Speed) Rules (R 13) is amended by deleting "6" in sub-paragraph (a) (i) and substituting "7".
