Planning (Exemption under Section 53)
Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) Notification 2017 and comes into operation on 28 February 2017.
Exemption
2.  The Minister exempts Lot 04125C of MK 03 at 400 Commonwealth Drive from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by The Secretary of the Trustees of the Methodist Church in Singapore to the competent authority on 14 May 2016.
