Protected Areas (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2010

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 13th December 2010.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item (1) in the Schedule to the Protected Areas (Consolidation) Order (O 3) is deleted and the following item substituted therefor:

SEAFRONT OFF SEMBAWANG CAMP.

All that area comprised of Land Lot 01075V, in part of Land Lots 01078A, 04616P, 05595T and 05594P in Mukim No. 13, and part of the foreshores and seabed within the territorial waters of the Republic of Singapore occupied by “SEAFRONT OFF SEMBAWANG CAMP” containing an area of about 114,331.8 square metres and bounded approximately as follows:

Commencing at a point of the aforesaid “SEAFRONT OFF SEMBAWANG CAMP” which point is 50,419.078 metres North and 25,879.033 metres East of the Singapore Land Authority SVY21 Datum, the boundaries run along successive lines of co-ordinates approximately as follows:
