Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act
(Amendment of Second Schedule) (No. 4)
Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 47 of the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) (No. 4) Notification 2020 and is deemed to have come into operation on 1 June 2020.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “Section 10” in the first column of item 413, the words “(as in force before 1 June 2020)”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 413, the following heading and items:

“

Wildlife Act (Cap. 351) — Offences included with effect from 1 June 2020

Section 8

Sale or export of wildlife

413AB.

Section 9

Import of wildlife

”.
