Government Procurement (Application)
(Amendment) Order 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Government Procurement Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Government Procurement (Application) (Amendment) Order 2017 and comes into operation on 1 January 2018.

Amendment of paragraph 4

2. Paragraph 4 of the Government Procurement (Application) Order (O 1) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$135,149” in sub‑paragraph (2) and substituting “$135,511”;
(b)	by deleting “$767,800” in sub‑paragraph (2A) and substituting “$769,240”; and
(c)	by deleting “$9,597,500” in sub‑paragraph (2B) and substituting “$9,615,500”.
