Order 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Public Transport Council Act, the Public Transport Council makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Transport Council (Ticket Payment Service Licence) (Exemption) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2015 and comes into operation on 14 December 2015.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Transport Council (Ticket Payment Service Licence) (Exemption) Order 2014 (G.N. No. S 514/2014) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 131, the following items:
