Undesirable Publications
(Prohibition) (Amendment) Order 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(1) of the Undesirable Publications Act, the Minister for Communications and Information makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Undesirable Publications (Prohibition) (Amendment) Order 2018 and comes into operation on 21 November 2018.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Undesirable Publications (Prohibition) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 721/2015) is amended by inserting immediately after item 30, the following items:
