Cross-Border Railways Act 2018
(Commencement) Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Cross‑Border Railways Act 2018, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Cross-Border Railways Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2020.

2. The Cross‑Border Railways Act 2018, except sections 25 and 29, Parts 6 to 9 and sections 68 to 72, 77 and 78(1)(c) and (d), comes into operation on 14 September 2020.
