Notification 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Government Contracts Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Government Contracts (Authorisation) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2019 and comes into operation on 1 December 2019.
Deletion and substitution of Part 8 of First Schedule
2.  Part 8 of the First Schedule to the Government Contracts (Authorisation) Notification 2019 (G.N. No. S 62/2019) is deleted and the following Part substituted therefor:
