(Exemption) (No. 80)
Notification 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 80) Notification 2014.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —
(a)the “Fortune 6 Match2Win” promotion to be held from 28 November 2014 to 24 December 2014 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)the “Fortune 6 Match2Win Scratch Card Game” to be held as part of that promotion at all Fortune Six No Commission Baccarat tables within the premises of the casino of Marina Bay Sands from 1 December 2014 to 24 December 2014 (both dates inclusive).
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
