Infectious Diseases
(Antigen Rapid Test Providers)
(Amendment No. 4) Regulations 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (Antigen Rapid Test Providers) (Amendment No. 4) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 11 October 2021.
Amendment of regulation 12
2.  Regulation 12 of the Infectious Diseases (Antigen Rapid Test Providers) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 267/2021) (called in these Regulations the principal Regulations) is amended by deleting paragraphs (2), (3), (3A) and (3B).
Deletion of regulation 13
3.  Regulation 13 of the principal Regulations is deleted.
Amendment of regulation 15
4.  Regulation 15 of the principal Regulations is amended —
(a)by deleting paragraph (3); and
(b)by deleting the words “or (3)” in paragraph (4).
Amendment of regulation 18
5.  Regulation 18 of the principal Regulations is amended by deleting “12(2),” in paragraph (b)(ii).
