(Independent Schools) (Amendment)
Notification 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (b) of the definition of “independent school” in section 2 of the Education Service Incentive Payment Act, the Minister for Education makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Notification is the Education Service Incentive Payment (Independent Schools) (Amendment) Notification 2019.

(2) Paragraph 2(a) is deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2013.

(3) Paragraph 2(b) is deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2014.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Education Service Incentive Payment (Independent Schools) Notification (N 1) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the full‑stop at the end of sub‑paragraph (l) and substituting a semi‑colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub‑paragraph:

“(m)	Crest Secondary School;”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after sub‑paragraph (m), the following sub‑paragraph:

“(n)	Spectra Secondary School.”.
