Road Traffic (Amendment) Rules 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Road Traffic (Amendment) Rules 2017 and come into operation on 1 March 2017.
Amendment of rule 37
2.  Rule 37 of the Road Traffic Rules (R 20) is amended by deleting the words “Lion Intoxilyser 8000 SI” and substituting the words “Drager Alcotest 9510 SG”.
