Banking (Amendment) Act 2016 (Commencement)
Notification 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Banking (Amendment) Act 2016, the Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for Economic and Social Policies, Prime Minister’s Office, Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, who is charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister as regards banking, makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Banking (Amendment) Act 2016 (Commencement) Notification 2018.
2.  The Banking (Amendment) Act 2016, except sections 12(2) and 13(2), comes into operation on 30 November 2018.
