Stamp Duties Act
(Amendment of Fourth and Fifth Schedules)
Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 78 of the Stamp Duties Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Stamp Duties Act (Amendment of Fourth and Fifth Schedules) Notification 2013 and shall come into operation on 23rd December 2013.

Amendment of Fourth Schedule

2. The Fourth Schedule to the Stamp Duties Act is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$165” in items 1, 1A and 1B and substituting in each case “$180”;
(b)	by deleting “$33” in item 2 and substituting “$36”; and
(c)	by deleting “$99” in items 3 and 4 and substituting in each case “$108”.

Amendment of Fifth Schedule

3. The Fifth Schedule to the Stamp Duties Act is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$33” in item 1 and substituting “$36”; and
(b)	by deleting “$115” in item 2(a) and (b)(iii) and substituting in each case “$126”.
