(Exemption) (No. 48)
Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 48) Notification 2018.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “Royal Draw & Super Hot Seat Draw (Within Royal Tiger Slot Tournament)” promotion to be held from 1 December 2018 to 15 December 2018 (both dates inclusive);
(b)	the “Super Hot Seat Draw” to be held as part of that promotion at the Main Casino Floor (Level B2M) Zone 2 at Marina Bay Sands between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. on 14 December 2018 and 15 December 2018; and
(c)	the “Royal Draw” to be held as part of that promotion at the Main Casino Floor (Level B2M) Zone 2 at Marina Bay Sands at 8.05 p.m. on 14 December 2018 and 15 December 2018.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
