Employment (Approved Medical Institutions)
(Amendment) Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “approved medical institution” in section 2 of the Employment Act, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Employment (Approved Medical Institutions) (Amendment) Notification 2015 and comes into operation on 22 December 2015.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Employment (Approved Medical Institutions) Notification 2008 (G.N. No. S 668/2008) is amended —

(a)

by deleting items 16 and 17; and

(b)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of item 20, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following item:

“21. Ng Teng Fong General Hospital”.
