Notification 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(1) of the Residential Property Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Residential Property (Exemptions) (Revocation) Notification 2021 and comes into operation on 13 October 2021.
Revocation
2.  The following Notifications are revoked:
(a)the Residential Property (CapitaLand Limited — Exemption) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 690/2020);
(b)the Residential Property (Ladyhill (Private) Limited — Exemption) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 691/2020);
(c)the Residential Property (Areca Investment Pte Ltd — Exemption) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 694/2020).
