Fire Safety
(Marine Fire‑fighting Fees)
(Amendment) Regulations 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61 of the Fire Safety Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Fire Safety (Marine Fire‑fighting Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 14 September 2020.
Amendment of regulation 3
2.  Regulation 3(1) of the Fire Safety (Marine Fire‑fighting Fees) Regulations 2013 (G.N. No. S 543/2013) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “the sea”, the words “or in responding to a request for such services (including where the request is subsequently cancelled)”.
