(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(7) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2014 and shall come into operation on 1 December 2014.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) Regulations (Rg 3) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 3, the following item:

“4. Mr Leo Yip”.
