(Exemption from sections 33, 34(1)(b) and 35)
(Amendment) Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the Telecommunications Act, the Minister for Communications and Information makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Telecommunications (Exemption from sections 33, 34(1)(b) and 35) (Amendment) Notification 2017 and comes into operation on 1 April 2017.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Telecommunications (Exemption from sections 33, 34(1)(b) and 35) Notification (N 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 17, the following item:
