(Property Tax)
(Amendment) Order 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Property Tax) (Amendment) Order 2013.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Fees (Property Tax) Order (O 34) is amended —
(a)by deleting “$10” in the second column of item (2)(a) and (b) and substituting in each case “$11”; and
(b)by deleting “$16.50” in the second column of item (7)(a) and substituting “$18”.
