(Amendment No. 10) Order 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean, charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister relating to human resource management in the Civil Service, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 10) Order 2014 and shall come into operation on 1 December 2014.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 824/2010) is amended —

(a)	by inserting, immediately after the name “Mrs Tan Ching Yee” in the third column of item 1, the name “Mr Leo Yip”;
(b)	by deleting the name “Mr Ng How Yue” in the third column of item 2 and substituting the name “Mr Chee Hong Tat”;
(c)	by deleting the name “Mr Tan Tee How” in the third column of item 3 and substituting the name “Mr Leo Yip”;
(d)	by deleting the name “Dr Beh Swan Gin” in the third column of item 5 and substituting the name “Mr Ng How Yue”;
(e)	by deleting the name “Mr Tan Tee How” in the third column of item 5 and substituting the name “Mr Leo Yip”; and
(f)	by inserting, immediately after the name “Mr Neo Kian Hong” in the third column of item 6, the name “Mr Tan Tee How”.
