(Chapter 6)
Air Navigation (Amendment No. 2) Order 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Air Navigation Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Amendment No. 2) Order 2005 and shall come into operation on 7th December 2005.
Amendment of Twelfth Schedule
2.  The Twelfth Schedule to the Air Navigation Order (O 2) is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph 19, the following paragraph:
“Air Operator Certificate application fee (Paragraph 87)
20.  The fee to be paid for the evaluation of an applicant’s competency for the grant of an Air Operator Certificate shall be $150,000.”.
