Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes
(Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 15)
Order 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 15) Order 2015 and is deemed to have come into operation on 17 December 2015.

Amendment of Part 1 of Schedule

2. Item 18 of Part 1 of the Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 361/2015) is amended by renumbering the existing item in the second column as item (1), and by inserting immediately thereafter the following item:

“(2) Yishun Community Hospital”.
