Central Provident Fund
(Amendment No. 2) Rules 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77(2) of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Central Provident Fund Board makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2015 and come into operation on 25 January 2016.

Amendment of rule 2

2. Rule 2 of the Central Provident Fund Rules (R 3) is amended by deleting the words “79 Robinson Road, Singapore 068897” in the definition of “Board’s office” and substituting the words “238B Thomson Road, #08-00 Tower B Novena Square, Singapore 307685”.
