Strategic Goods (Control)
(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38 of the Strategic Goods (Control) Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Strategic Goods (Control) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 16 November 2020.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2(1) of the Strategic Goods (Control) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the definition of “SG Order” and substituting the following definition:

“ “SG Order” means the Strategic Goods (Control) Order 2020 (G.N. No. S 786/2020).”.
