Patents (Amendment) Act 2012
(Commencement) Notification 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Patents (Amendment) Act 2012, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Patents (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Notification 2014.

2. Sections 2(a), (c), (e), (f) and (g) and 3 to 28 of the Patents (Amendment) Act 2012 shall come into operation on 14th February 2014.
