Government Procurement (Application)
(Amendment No. 2) Order 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 4 of the Government Procurement Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Government Procurement (Application) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2015 and comes into operation on 1 January 2016.

Amendment of paragraph 4

2. Paragraph 4 of the Government Procurement (Application) Order (O 1) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$135,855” in sub‑paragraph (2) and substituting “$135,149”;
(b)	by deleting “$767,480” in sub‑paragraph (2A) and substituting “$767,800”; and
(c)	by deleting “$9,593,500” in sub‑paragraph (2B) and substituting “$9,597,500”.

Amendment of First Schedule

3. The First Schedule to the Government Procurement (Application) Order is amended —

(a)

by deleting item 1 of Part I; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 12 of Part II, the following items:

“13. Japan

14. New Zealand”.
