Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2014
(Commencement) (No. 3) Notification 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2014, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2014 (Commencement) (No. 3) Notification 2015.
2.  Sections 8 and 27(b) and (c) of the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2014 come into operation on 1 January 2016.
