Environmental Public Health (Licence Fees)
(Amendment) Regulations 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 99(9) and 111 of the Environmental Public Health Act, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Public Health (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and shall come into operation on 1 January 2015.
Deletion and substitution of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Environmental Public Health (Licence Fees) Regulations (Rg 4) is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
