Notification 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Planning (Payment of Development Charge by Charity — Exemption) (No. 4) Notification 2019 and comes into operation on 2 December 2019.

Exemption

2. The Minister exempts Lot 99702N of MK 26 at 130 Joo Chiat Road from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by Majlis Ugama Islam, Singapura to the competent authority on 8 November 2019.
