Exemption) (Amendment) Notification 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Motor Vehicles (Third‑Party Risks and Compensation) Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Motor Vehicles (Third‑Party Risks and Compensation) (Continental Automotive Singapore Pte Ltd — Exemption) (Amendment) Notification 2021 and comes into operation on 29 October 2021.
Amendment of paragraph 1
2.  Paragraph 1(2) of the Motor Vehicles (Third‑Party Risks and Compensation) (Continental Automotive Singapore Pte Ltd — Exemption) Notification 2021 (G.N. No. S 298/2021) is amended by deleting the words “30 October 2021” and substituting the words “30 April 2022”.
