Road Traffic (Carbon Emissions Tax)
(Amendment) Rules 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 11AA(6) and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Carbon Emissions Tax) (Amendment) Rules 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2014.
Amendment of rule 6
2.  Rule 6 of the Road Traffic (Carbon Emissions Tax) Rules 2012 (G.N. No. S 653/2012) is amended by deleting the words “rule 7(1)” in paragraphs (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “rule 7(1)(a)”.
