(Exemption) (No. 3)
Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 3) Notification 2013.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Queenstown Active Ageing Committee (referred to in this Notification as “the organiser”) from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Active Ageing Social Mahjong Tournament 2013” to be held on 20th January 2013 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the multi-purpose hall of Queenstown Community Centre.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
