(Welfare Homes)
(Amendment) Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(1) of the Destitute Persons Act, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Destitute Persons (Welfare Homes) (Amendment) Notification 2017 and is deemed to have come into operation on 20 November 2016.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Destitute Persons (Welfare Homes) Notification 2013 (G.N. No. S 188/2013) is amended by inserting, immediately after the word “establishes”, the words “Acacia Home, at 30 Admiralty Street, Singapore 757441, formerly known as”.
