Town Council of Sembawang (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment) By-laws 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Sembawang hereby makes the following By-laws:

Citation and commencement

1. These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of Sembawang (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment) By-laws 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st March 2003.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item 15 in the Schedule to the Town Council of Sembawang (Conservancy and Service Charges) By-laws (By 21) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “Woodlands Avenue 6” in paragraphs (1), (2) and (3) under the heading “ Type of property”, the words “and Block 511 Canberra Road”.
