Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act
(Amendment of Fifth Schedule) Order 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40(2) of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act (Amendment of Fifth Schedule) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 29 February 2016.

Amendment of Part I of Fifth Schedule

2. Item 7 of Part I of the Fifth Schedule to the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act is amended by deleting “24C,” and substituting the words “24C (repealed by section 18 of the Public Transport Council (Amendment) Act 2015 (Act 31 of 2015)), 24CA,”.
