| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Quota System) (Amendment No. 4) Rules 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2014. |
| Amendment of rule 11 |
| 2. Rule 11 of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Quota System) Rules (R 31) is amended by deleting paragraph (2A). |
| Amendment of rule 13 |
| 3. Rule 13(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Quota System) Rules is amended by deleting the words “rule 11(2A) and”. |
