Registration of Criminals Act
(Amendment of First Schedule)
Order 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Registration of Criminals Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Registration of Criminals Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2020 and comes into operation on 19 September 2020.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Registration of Criminals Act is amended by inserting, immediately after Part III, the following Part:

“PART IV

OFFENCES UNDER OTHER LAWS INCLUDED
WITH EFFECT FROM 19 SEPTEMBER 2020

Work Injury Compensation
Act 2019 (Act 27 of 2019)

Section 62(1) and (3).”.
