(Amendment) Notification 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29(1) of the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Merchant Banks — Annual Fees) (Amendment) Notification 2014 and shall come into operation on 1 January 2015.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2(1) of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Merchant Banks — Annual Fees) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. S 405/2005) is amended by deleting “$25,000” and substituting “$35,000”.
