(Commencement) (No. 3)
Notification 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Energy Conservation Act 2012, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Energy Conservation Act 2012 (Commencement) (No. 3) Notification 2013.
2.  Division 2 of Part IV of the Energy Conservation Act 2012 shall come into operation on 1st January 2014.
